Which methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Pounds Sterling (£) using the following credit and debit cards: Visa/Delta, Mastercard/Eurocard, Maestro/Switch, Solo, or cheques denominated in Pounds Sterling (£) and drawn on a UK bank.

Needlecraftonline.com does not disclose or sell customer's information to third parties.

When you place an order with us, we will need your name, address, telephone number , email address, and payment details. This allows us to process your order as efficiently as possible. You will receive an email when you have placed your order that will display an 'order tracking' link that you can use to track your order.

How much do you charge for Postage & Packing?

During the 'checkout' process our system will calculate & display the despatch charges for your transaction. There are bandings for UK, Europe, USA & Rest of World based on the weight of the package. We use First Class Royal Mail wherever possible, although we constantly review our carriers and despatch rates to ensure we offer the best possible delivery service at the most competitive price.

How long will my order take?

We aim to despatch your order either same day or next working day. Customers paying by credit card can 'track' their order by saving the 'order tracking' page that they are directed to after payment.

In the event that the item(s) you have ordered is out of stock we will update you via the 'order tracking' link. Once the item(s) has been despatched, confirmation will be seen on 'order tracking'. (Credit card orders only have the order tracking facility).

We are always pleased to help with any queries you may have regarding your order or the the potential order of a kit. Please contact us via email and we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible. Please note that our hours of business are Monday to Friday only 10:00 - 3:00pm. Obviously if you email us outside of these hours it may be a little longer till we respond.

What is your returns policy?

Needlecraftonline want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you are not happy with a product, you may return it to us in its original condition & packaging within 30 days for a complete refund. Should the return be as a result of faulty goods or an error on our part, then we will gladly refund any postage costs incurred when returning the item as long as the receipt for your postage is enclosed.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting when making a return. We also ask you to enclose your despatch note/or order number when returning items so that we can ensure you are refunded correctly.
